    I couldn’t agree more about using smaller scale furniture! I’m looking at condos in Chicago and I think the biggest mistake people make (especially if they are posting on Zillow) is to use large scale reclining couches and huge wall units in a small living area. It would help to make beds too…OMG, the horrors I’ve seen! The challenge is finding smaller scale furniture that’s comfortable. Upholstered furniture is not something I’m willing to purchase second hand.
